Meet the founder

In 2022, Cultivate Billing Services was founded by Regina Chery with a goal to offer billing solutions that will help alleviate the most time- consuming tasks of running a practice. Having almost 20 years of experience in the dental industry, starting as a Certified Dental Assistant to becoming Office Manager, I discovered that most of my time was consumed by working the insurance. It was overwhelming. Between handling insurance, managing the front desk and keeping the office afloat, it became too much to bear. Realizing that it was nearly impossible to juggle all of it, I made the decision to strictly focus on the billing portion of the practice. I found that performing all insurance tasks with less distractions was a better solution. So much was accomplished! Now, feeling overwhelmed is a thing of the past. Outsourcing proves to be more effective and cost less when compared to hiring an employee.
